Ross Pulido, Partner, has been in the construction industry for over twenty years as the owner of a successful commercial/residential custom home building business. Reflective of his broad based experience is his ability to manage multiple complex and in-depth construction projects within budget and on time. His customers appreciate his ability to listen to their needs and translate their intent into manufacturable solutions that meet design intent. Early experience in other fields has enhanced his capabilities as a business owner. Ross was the top sales person for an industrial adhesive company, as well as the youngest supervisor of a major airline. Ross owes his success in prior business ventures to taking care of his customers, rewarding people for good work, and always keeping an eye on the vision while paying close attention to the immediate job in front of him. Ross lives in Scottsdale, AZ with his three children and wife of twenty-two years.
